Making a Stone
After your order is placed, A custom layout is created with your design and information. This "proof" is sent to you for approval.
Next, our industrial grade plotter is used to cut your layout onto a thick rubber material made to sandblast.

Stencil Being Cut for Engraving
The stone is then prepared to be engraved. After the stencil is applied, it is placed in a large room where sand is shot at the surface at a high pressure. After many passes the correct depth is achieved.
Once the stones are sandblasted and painted, they are washed and prepared for shipment
Custom boxes are created for the stones to ensure a safe delivery.
Larger stones are palletized

Dense foam is used to handle the weight of the heavy stones
The stones are then shipped to your door and ready to be placed in the cemetery!
